How to Order on Our Web Site
Our website has been developed to better assist our clients to purchase, check the new products and prices, also to order online.
Please be informed that JR Castings.com is a wholesale website and only caters to wholesale customers. Our products are priced according to the GOLD STOCK EXCHANGE's daily rates. Wholesale Customers are notified with the total amount of their order either by phone or e-mail upon their request.

You will be directed to our Home Ppage.
To view our products by category, please roll-over your pointer to Products tab on the top menu bar. You may click on the categories or subcategories of your choice.
After you click your selected category you will be directed to the product listing page. If the category you chose has two or more pages you will see the page number links on the top and the bottom of the product list. You may also show the products by 12, 24 or 36 - view per page.
Upon selecting your product, you will be directed to product information page. On this page you will see the Product Description for the first part and for the second part which is Product Selection, you can choose the specific style number with the ring size, stone size, the weight and metal/carat information you want to order.
You may also type in your Special Instructions and Quantity for your order under the Product Selection box.
After selecting your product, you may add additional items for your order or checkout after your final selection. To complete your shopping click the My Cart link on the upper right corner of the page. After verifying that your order details are correct, you may click Proceed to Checkout button to finalize your order.
If you are a registered user, you may Log In with your account information to place an order. If you are a non-registered user of our web site, you may check out as a Guest or click Register to Sign Up for an online account.
Upon checking out you will be required to type in your Billing and Shipping address if you are not a registered user. And registered users have the option to change or add the address information for billing and shipping. Please verify that the shipping and billing address are correct before clicking continue.
For the Shipping Mmethod, you may select shipping services from UPS or FedEx. After selecting your method of shipping, you may proceed to your Payment Information by choosing C.O.D., Check/Money Order, or Credit Card. And click continue...
You may verify your order from the Order Rreview box. You may edit your cart if you need to make any changes in your order. After checking that everything is correct in your order you may click the Place Order button to complete your purchase.
All orders will be received in time according to your shipping preferences. Otherwise if there are any matters that may cause delay to your shipping, our customer service representatives will contact you as soon as possible.
